Two Session Package – $270

Recommended for individuals who would like a professional assessment of their diet and/or have a few questions or concerns they would like to discuss

  • One (1) comprehensive 55-minute nutrition assessment and goal-setting session via telehealth
  • One (1) 45-minute follow-up session via telehealth two weeks after initial assessment
  • Nutrient analysis of your food journal with individualized recommendations between sessions
  • Evaluation of mood and lifestyle journal between sessions
  • Ability to ask questions via secure messaging through the client portal

Four Session Package – $545

 Recommended for new vegans or individuals interested in transitioning to a vegan diet or who desire more consistent feedback and support
  • One (1) comprehensive 55-minute nutrition assessment and goal-setting session via telehealth
  • Three (3) 45-minute biweekly follow-up sessions via telehealth 
  • Nutrient analysis of your food journal with individualized recommendations between sessions
  • Evaluation of mood and lifestyle journal between sessions
  • Ability to ask questions via secure messaging through the client portal

Three Month Package – $890

 Recommended for individuals looking to manage chronic health conditions, need help with weight maintenance, and who need longer-term feedback and support
  • One (1) comprehensive 55-minute nutrition assessment and goal-setting session via telehealth
  • Six (6) 45-minute biweekly follow-up sessions via telehealth 
  • Nutrient analysis of your food journal with individualized recommendations between sessions
  • Evaluation of mood and lifestyle journal between sessions
  • Ability to ask questions via secure messaging through the client portal

a la Carte Services

 Available after completing one of the above packages
  • Additional follow-up sessions as needed – $95/session
  • Nutrient analysis and individualized feedback for a one week food journal – $35

60-Minute Q&A Session – $75

During this session, you’ll be able to ask me your most burning questions related to vegan nutrition and health!

Please note that unlike my nutrition counseling packages, the Q&A is meant to provide general nutrition education only. Because it does not include an assessment of your medical and nutrition history, I am unable to offer individualized nutrition recommendations during the Q&A.

Good Faith Estimates

Health care providers are required to provide clients with an estimate for the cost of their care as of January 1, 2022. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate upon scheduling a package or upon request. The Good Faith Estimate includes the cost of services that would be reasonably expected for your healthcare needs. It does not include costs that could arise unexpectedly.

 

What to Expect

Visits are personalized to you!
  1. First, we’ll schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory call during which I’ll learn more about your health needs and goals.

  2. If we both feel that my services are a match, you can then sign up for a package and schedule your initial nutrition assessment.

  3. Before your initial assessment, you’ll complete the required paperwork and food journal entries.

  4. During the initial assessment, we’ll review your information and discuss your specific needs and concerns in detail. We’ll come up with actionable goals that are individualized for your lifestyle.

  5. During each follow-up visit, we’ll review your progress, adjust our plan of action as needed, and address any new concerns you have.
